Chief adviser of the State Tax Service

Born on August 4, 1984 in Baku.

In 2005 graduated from the faculty of law at the Baku State University.

In 2009 graduated from master degree of “Crime law, crime process, criminalistic and forensic examination” at the Baku State University.

In 2005-2006 Military Service.

In 2006-2009 worked as a state tax consultant at the “Deloitte Touche” LLC, in 2009-2011 worked as a Chiefe Advisor, in 2011-2016 worked as a Manager and Chiefe in tax field, in 2016-2019 worked as Director in tax and law fields.

In 2019, May-July worked as Deputy Director at the Main Department of the Ministry of Taxes for National Revenues, in 2019 July-August worked as the 1st Deputy Director.

In 2019-2020 worked as the 1st Deputy Head of Main Department of the Ministry of Taxes for National Revenues.

In 2020-2021 worked as the 1st Deputy Head of Main Department of the Ministry of Taxes for Baku city Local Revenues.

2021-2022 worked as the Deputy Head of Main Department of the State Tax Service for Baku city Local Revenues.

2022-2024 - head of the Apparatus of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

June 14, 2024 – was appointed Deputy Chief of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy by the Presidential Decree.

Married and has two children.
