Prospects of development of relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia discussed
On February 10, the delegation led by the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov met with the Georgian Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Natia Turnava.
AZERTAC reports that Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said at the meeting that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to further expanding bilateral economic relations with Georgia, recalling the meetings of heads of state and government of Azerbaijan and Georgia within the World Economic Forum.
Noting her country’s interest in the development of ties with Azerbaijan, N.Turnava said that Azerbaijan is one of the main trade partners of Georgia and that 130 joint ventures operate, and added that Georgia is interested in increasing the number of joint ventures and the commodity circulation.
The meeting discussed the prospects of development of relations between the two countries.
