Born on December 04, 1985 in Baku.

In 2007 graduated from the faculty of "Law" of Baku State University with honors. Recieved Presidential Scholar during study period.

2010, recieved Master Degree in Law from Baku State University with honors.

In 2007, the chief specialist in the office of the Baku Court of Appeal.

In 2007-2010, Lawyer, Chief Lawyer in the Registration division of the State Registration of Commercial Legal Entities Department of the Baku Tax Department of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2010-2011, Deputy Head of the Legal Provision Department.

In 2011-2016, Head of the Legal Privosion Department, Legal Department and Legal Main Department.

In 2016-2020, Head of the Main Department of Tax Policy and Strategic Research of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, General Director of the Department of Tax Policy and Strategic Research, Head of Tax Policy Main Department.

On February 10, 2012, was awarded a medal "For Distinction in Civil Service" by the Presidential Decree.

On February 9, 2019, was awarded a 3rd degree medal "For Distinguished Service in the Tax Authorities" by the Presidential Decree.

By the Presidential Decree dated May 13, 2020, was appointed Deputy Chief of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy. 

Married and has two children.
