Born on May 28, 1980 in Ganja.
In 2001 graduated from the faculty of "Legal Regulation of Economics" at the Western University of Azerbaijan.
In 2001-2002 Military Service.
In 2002-2004 worked as a state tax inspector at the General Taxpayer Audit Department of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2004-2009 - Senior State Tax Inspector at the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2009-2010 - Deputy Head of the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2010-2011 - Deputy Head of the Main Department for Organization of State Registration of Commercial Legal Entities and Economic Analysis
In 2011–2013 - Head of the Department for Organization of Compulsory Collection of Tax Debts
In 2013-2015 and 2015-2016 - Head of the Main Department for Economic Analysis and State Registration of Business Entities of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2015 - Deputy Head of Baku City Tax Department under the Ministry of Taxes.
From February to March 2016 - Head of the Department for Main Tax Risk Analysis and Supervision of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On February 9, 2015, was awarded a Medal "For Distinction in Civil Service" by the Presidential Decree.
By the Presidential Decree dated March 29, 2016, was appointed Deputy Minister of Taxes.
By the Presidential Decree dated May 13, 2020, was appointed Deputy Chief of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
Married and has two children.
