Content of the service This service covers the processes of rapid e-government registration and ordinary e-government registration of limited liability companies with local investments in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Required documents for the provision of the service • Application - in electronic form.
• Charter of a limited liability company with local investment (if it is drawn up by the founders themselves during the ordinary electronic state registration) - in electronic form.
Administrative procedures for the provision of the service At the request of the founder (founders), the state registration of a limited liability company with local investment (except for cases of reorganization) is carried out electronically. Electronic state registration is carried out in the usual or fast way. In order to carry out the electronic state registration of this company, the electronic application form placed in the Internet information resource of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan must be completed and approved with a strengthened electronic signature. During ordinary electronic state registration, the charter approved by the founder (s) of a limited liability company with local investment, approved by an electronic signature, shall be attached to the electronic application. During the rapid electronic state registration, the founding individual fills in the electronic application form, declaring only the information about the head of the executive body and the field of activity. In this case, the founder gets acquainted with the charter in real time and confirms it with a strengthened electronic signature. During the electronic state registration, only a legal entity with a taxpayer identification number may act as a founding legal entity. In this case, a copy of the certificate of state registration of the founder (extract from the state register) and the charter shall be attached to the electronic application by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Azerbaijan Republic and notarization of these documents is required. During electronic state registration, the legal representative of a limited liability company with local investment, the head (members) of the executive body and members of the board of directors (supervisory board) shall be appointed only from individuals registered at the place of residence in the Azerbaijan Republic.
During the ordinary electronic state registration, the confirmation form of the application is sent to the personal e-mail address of the applicant. On the day of state registration of a limited liability company with local investment, the certificate of state registration, an extract from the state register and the charter are sent to the e-mail address.
After the rapid electronic state registration, the state registration certificate, extract from the state register and charter of the state-registered limited liability company with local investment are sent to the e-mail address in real time. On the basis of the application of the founder (founders) or his (her) duly authorized representative, the certificate of state registration, extract from the state register and charter of the limited liability company with local investment shall be approved and issued on paper.

Administrative procedures for the provision of the service For the state registration of an entity wishing to obtain the status of a legal entity, an application should be applied to the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The application is signed and notarized by the founder (if there are several founders, all founders) or by the person (their) lawyer in the appropriate manner. Application is submitted along with a copy. Appeals are registered after receiving in accordance with the "Instruction on conducting clerical work in state executive bodies, departments, organizations and institutions" approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 935 dated September 27, 2003 and sent to the relevant structural unit for execution. Relevant investigation is underway in the structural unit. If there are deficiencies in the submitted documents that are grounds for refusal, the application is refused and the user is informed about their elimination. If no cases of refusal to register are detected, including if no cases of refusal are found when re-applying after elimination of deficiencies, the cash register shall be registered and a registration form shall be issued to the taxpayer.

The application for deregistration of the POS-terminal is processed through the "Online Clerical" section of the Internet Tax Administration portal. To do this, click the "New Application" button and
in the window that opens you need to choose the following:
• From the "To" list - State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• From the "Application Type" list - Application
• From the "Document type" list - select the application for deregistration of the POS-terminal and press the "Accept" button.
On-screen operations are performed in the following sequence:
• Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is entered
• Object code
• The serial and number of the POS-terminal is selected
• The reason for deregistration of the POS-terminal is selected.
Then comes the confirmation screen to check the entered data.
When the user is sure that the information is correct, he presses the "Accept" button to confirm it. Otherwise, the "Cancel" button is executed to cancel.
After confirmation, the bank sends a notice of acceptance of the application "Registration of POS-terminal" to the e-mail address of the acquirer. If the application is entered into the system after working hours or on a non-working day, then its execution is carried out at the beginning of the first working day after that day.
The POS-terminal is deregistered and the information is sent to the e-mail address of the acquiring bank.

Administrative procedures for the provision of the service In the event of a change in the location of the taxpayer, any changes in the information in the application form for registration must be submitted to the tax authority within 40 days from the date of such change.

In order to carry out the electronic state registration of this company, the electronic application form placed in the Internet information resource of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan must be completed and approved with a strengthened electronic signature. During the electronic state registration, only a legal entity with a taxpayer identification number may act as a founding legal entity. Administrative procedures for the provision of the service The liquidation commission (liquidator) of a legal entity shall apply to the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for removal from the state register of the legal entity within 10 days after the division or use of the remaining property. The application is signed and submitted by the founders or authorized members of the liquidation commission. Application is provided together with a copy. The original of the application is kept by the tax authority, and a copy is returned to the applicant with a note indicating the time of receipt of the original application. Acceptance of the application can be confirmed in any other form. For the purposes of value added tax, in order to receive the Notice on paper, the head of the taxpayer or his authorized representative must apply to the relevant local tax authority of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Azerbaijan Republic with an identity document and sign a special book.
If the application is entered into the system after working hours or on a non-working day, then its execution is carried out at the beginning of the first working day after that day.

Administrative procedures for the provision of the service If the tax report submitted to the tax authority is not accepted in the following cases, the taxpayer shall be notified within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the report to the tax authority, as well as to the tax authority to eliminate the identified inaccuracies:
1. If the taxpayer identification number is not specified or is incorrect;
2. If the tax period is not reflected;
3. If the tax report submitted by the legal entity that is a taxpayer on paper is not signed and stamped;
4. If the tax report is not signed by the natural person who is a taxpayer;

Administrative procedures for the provision of the service To use the service, service users may apply to the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a paper application. The e-applicant enters the taxpayer's TIN in the "TIN" column on the "Accounts for transfer of tax and other budget payments in the State Treasury" screen on the "Search system for bank account details to which taxes and other budget payments will be transferred". The "Check" button automatically obtains relevant information about the taxpayer's bank accounts to which taxes and other budget payments will be transferred to the state treasury.
